That sounds delicious. Do mind sharing a recipe for the bread and the oven fried zucchini?

Re: SO what is for dinner?
I'm still sick so it was quick and easy and not homemade but not bad...
Salad - ready to eat bagged romaine hearts, store bought rotisserie chicken, Craisins, chunky bleu cheese salad dressing Frozen microwavable fries - 3/4 of us dipped them in the bleu cheese dressing I think Gabriel would like it if he tried it since he likes the bleu cheese... (and Ethan and I had a square of Ghirardelli dark chocolate w/caramel filling)

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Well, I take back my post about making fish. We had a big bash at a pizza joint for ds's basketball team (Dh was coach) and no one feels that hungry. So it's going to be a make-your-own snack kind of dinner. Ds is having cereal. . Dh made some chicken liver pâté last night that I'm anxious to try.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
I think grilled cheese for kidlets because they're going to be getting home from church late and I'll want to feed them quickly before bed.
Maybe chicken burgers for me & M. |

In light of the first 60 degree day I decided to make a summery meal.
