There really IS an app for that....
I have had my ipod touch for months but only recently gotten in to downloading apps for it. Unreal. There are apps for everything I could possibly think of. Besides all the obvious ones I put on there like amazon, facebook, and twitter, I also got one that is natural cures for all sorts of ailments, a period tracker, a really nice Bible app and tons more, including some pretty fun games. And incase anyone was wondering, based off one of the games I keep playing over and over- I am, indeed, smarter than a 5th grader.

Re: There really IS an app for that....
well, I admit, I am kinda dorky in my game choices. I like some of the old school ones. I am addicted to tic tac toe, checkers, a glowing air hockey one, are you smarter than a 5th grader, and my very very favorite- popping bubble wrap! lol

For us, Skeeball has been well worth the 99 cents.

Re: There really IS an app for that....
The aps vary in price. There are a ton of free ones - that's mostly what we download. I have purchased a few of the paid ones. Some are .99 and some are crazy like $50.
And of the aps I've dl and paid for I've never paid more than 2.99 for an ap and I always dl the free version first to see if I liked it before I shelled out any money.

Re: There really IS an app for that....
How 'bout some crunchy aps for finding homeopathic remedies and allergen free foods? Maybe then I'd cave and get an Iphone

Re: There really IS an app for that....
Just did a quick search on gluten free and found a gluten free restaurant guide, menus, "Is that gluten free?" and a whole bunch of other gluten free apps.
I also found a homeopathic guide (not free) and several apps on medicinal herbs |

Re: There really IS an app for that....
I love using my Bible ap. I don't take my Bible to church anymore, I just make sure my Ipod is charged. It's really easy to use, too.
I have a few games, but I'm not a games person. I pretty much us it to go on the internet at places outside of the house, and the Bible. I like the password protector, though. The only time I've used it to listen to music was when I used Pandora. My husband asked that I only dowload free aps, but if I found one worth paying for, I'd do it for less than $3.
