Organizing craft supplies
One of my biggest dreams is to have my own craft room. Currently, I have a craft corner in my bedroom, but it's gotten way too cluttered up and I just haven't been motivated to make anything. I have a painted pegboard above a wooden table that holds hammers and other jewelry tools. Then I have a painted cubby-style bookshelf with the plastic drawer units in each cubby. I also have a hanging wall unit from Michael's to hold letter stamping sets for jewelry. I also have stuff for scrapbooking and for childcare projects.
So, I wanted to share some links of craft organizers that I've found. Has anyone used any of these? If not, how do you organize your own craft supplies? http://www.bestscrapbookshelf.com http://www.chandlercreations.com/sto...27/page/629006 http://legacybeads.com/cabinetorderpage.html http://www.collectors-cabinets.com http://www.containerstore.com/shop/c...000342&N=72540 http://www.homedecorators.com/S/Stantoncollection/

Re: Organizing craft supplies
I have a closet and a small dresser-type cabinet in my studio, and everything gets put away into one of those. (I also have two small bookcases on either end of my worktable, but I don't use them for storage at the moment because I have little kids.) It's not glamorous but it works for me.

Re: Organizing craft supplies
Hey, whatever works! If I take in foster kids, that will also have to be considered.

Re: Organizing craft supplies
I'm drooling over here.
No real practical advice from me though, unfortunately.

Organizing craft supplies
Oh, no worries! Many of those are so crazy expensive, I'd have to refinance the mortgage before I could order any. But yeah, my personal favorites are the Best Craft Organizers. Maybe one day...
