Default Got pastor to remove Pearl book.
CTBHHM was on my boss pastor's shelf. I figured he probably hadn't read it considering it was on the same shelf as Families Where Grace is in Place. I'd just finished reorganizing his shelves and said - "You know, this is a book where if I saw it on a shelf in a counseling session, I would not come back. It's pretty bad. These are the same people who advocate spanking children with plumbing line. She basically says in this book that a cheating husband is always the wife's fault."

I offered to forward a post that had a ton of excerpts from it to point out how bad it was, but he said he trusted my judgement & I totally got permission to chuck it. Thoughts on how to destroy it?

In his defense - he gets given a ton of books he doesn't read & he hadn't read this one. I'll get a picture of another up here - it's too fantastic and is going in my own personal collection.
