baking breads at 6000 feet
All my bread/muffin recipes are flopping now that we've moved. They sink in the middle and are too dense. Anyone have any high altitude zucchini, banana, and pumpkin bread recipes?

Re: baking breads at 6000 feet
You know, I just use any normal recipe and have learned to watch cooking times and ingredients as I go. I know that's not much help but honestly if I had some recipes I already loved, I would probably try tweaking them.
Here's one site with some ideas to try: http://allrecipes.com/HowTo/High-Alt...ng/Detail.aspx And another: http://www.suite101.com/article.cfm/...corating/31903
