Vegan breaskfast berry cake

Berry Oatmeal Breakfast Cake

1 1/3 cup flour (Half can be whole wheat)
3/4 cup quick cooking oats
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup applesauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh if you have them)

Put in 8x8 pan and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. If frozen berries it may take longer with the added moisture.

I made it with AP flour, cow's milk(DS is allergic to soy) and use a 3 frozen berry mix. Yum.
