Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: Blink and you miss it [-) Posts: 4,382	Ideas please I need some relatively simple and quick child-friendly vegetarian recipe ideas. We are not vegetarian, middle ds will only eat raw carrots and fruit (no other vegetables :/ ); oldest ds will try most things but is no omnivore; dh thinks it isn't a meal if there's no meat in it (exceptions: ratatouille and vegetable lasagna). I'm fed up of eating meat every day plus it is EXPENSIVE (for our wallet and the planet and our health). Thanks!
