Re: Easy chicken cordon blue recipe?
I use chicken breasts and slice a pocket- type opening in each breast. Fold together a piece of ham and a piece of swiss cheese. Dip the whole, stuffed breast into an egg and milk mixture, then dip in bread crumbs. Put the breasts on a greased baking sheet (I cover my baking sheet with foil and then bake the chicken on the foil for easier clean up) and bake for 30ish minutes at 350.
If i'm in a huge hurry, I dip the breasts in the egg mixture and bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes, then put the ham and cheese directly on top of the chicken and bake for another 10. |
