We don't have Thai here. It is my backup plan. Our store has these awesome pad thai noodles that are shelf stable. I keep them on hand and then whip up a sauce. So good and quick.

I ended up getting Chinese instead. Hubs was home and he doesn't like Thai and. I didn't feel like driving to the Asian place across town that does Thai and Chinese. So I'm eating veg lo Mein instead.
