Last night we had chicken breasts breaded in coconut flour and pan-fried, homemade creamy honey mustard dip, and green beans.

Roast in the crockpot for today. I'll probably make rice to go with it

Have a pork shoulder in the crockpot to make pulled pork. I'm hoping to pick up some shredded cabbage this afternoon, so I can serve the pork over some king of vinaigrette slaw instead of on buns.

HuHot is a build your own stir fry thing. SOOOO yum. You assemble the stuff you want, and put sauce on it, and they cook it on a giant hot thing for you.

Quick pickled cucumbers and onion
Green peppers stuffed with rice tabouleh with herbs from the garden
Fruit salad - watermelon, canteloupe, pinapple, strawberries, blueberries
I'm going to try to make strawberry lemonade

I'm really excited about this meal.

Grilled steak (from our freezer 1/4 cow) and lamb, sweet potato fries, a vinaigrette coleslaw (leftovers from yesterday) and strawberries.

YUm! We had a place like that in my old town, that my boss used to take us too, Mongolie Grill. I love it. You pay by weight, and if you guessed right, they gave it to you for free..... I miss once by a few cents!!
