Re: SO what is for dinner?
tonight we are hosting our friends children who tend to be picky eaters. I usually make spaghetti and they can choose sauce or not. I'm thinking pasta casserole instead. I"m sure they thing the only food I make is spaghetti. I just like knowing they ate something.
Or, maybe I'll do chicken thighs parmesan. (I've got sauce in the fridge that needs to be used.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
A childhood favorite that my mom made up called pile-on: macaroni pasta, ground beef, corn, tomato sauce, cheddar cheese. Usually topped with diced raw onions and green pepper, but I don't have any green peppers today.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
I don't feel like cooking much, so I'm just going to do grilled cheese sandwiches with Trader Joes tomato soup.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Homemade goose soup, made from leftover goose and veggies, veggies we found in freezer, and homemade goose stock. Yumm!, well except that the goose had already been overcooked. Still good though

Lunch was Italian Quickie http://cmlhealth.blogspot.com/2012/0...n-quickie.html
Supper was leftover homemade chili with cheddar. Fritos for DH and me, crackers for Ethan.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
We ended up having grilled corn on the cob (in the husks ) instead of sweet potato fries with the hamburgers.
Today dh took Grace on a date (to the race ) so I'm not sure what we'll have to eat. I need to find something though... I'm hungry! |
