Re: April 2020 Dinners
What about dairy? (I can get you the Cook's illustrated recipe - it's got dairy in the form of sour cream and butter, but no egg.)

Re: April 2020 Dinners
What is printed is a fairly stable crust. It is just not the one I prefer ( but also grew up with my Granny Smith's pie crust recipe, that had an egf.)

Re: April 2020 Dinners
We had smoked sausage, Au Gratin Potatoes (kroger brand shelf stable) and salad. Margaret had plain potato chips in place of the potatoes.

Re: April 2020 Dinners
The high is 97 today . We're barbecuing hamburgers, making a fruit salad, and a corn/feta salad. My kids are in the pool...it's a nice distraction from this quarantine.

I think we're going to have blackened fish tacos tonight with slaw. Probably steamed broccoli, too.

That sounds lovely! It's 64 & cloudy. Perfect for hiking. But, I derail the thread.

Re: April 2020 Dinners
We did breakfast tacos. Bacon, eggs and cheese. I made an onion, jalapeno, garlic and tomato sautee to go with. And fruit and homemade whipped cream.
Also made margaritas. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
