quick & easy: Poor man's RAW pecan pie
I saw this awhile ago on some site and thought
 "Yeah right!" But... It's actually good! Poor man's pecan pie: pecans dates directions; squish pecan into center of date. Eat. repeat.  Try not to get too carried away!  |

Yep! And that's MY kind of recipe!
After slaving away in the kitchen all day(seriously!) and having to do loads of dishes just to find out that I didn't like what I made, DS didn't like what I made and then I broke my blender & had to throw half the stuff out anyway because it had glass shards in it - simple recipes are a relief.
