pumpkin dip--

O.k.-not raw, but can be vegan. Soooooo yummy! Made this Saturday night:

1 8oz package cream cheese (I substituted soy cream cheese)
2 cups powdered sugar (not vegan, I know, but you can get some vegan powdered sugar)
1 TBS Pumpkin Pie spice
1 TBS cinnamon
1 15oz can of pumpkin

Soften cream cheese, then mix everything together. EASY and YUMMY!

I served it with fruit (grapes are yummy) and gingersnaps. You can also do graham crackers or other dippable treats.

I brought that to mops last year. It looks really cute served in a small hollowed pumpkin. It's really good with apples!

I found the recipe at allrecipes. com and they had a pic of it in a pumpkin, but I'm sure that's not a new idea. MOS might have thought of that herself as well. It did look really cute.
