Tonight, I found this recipe. One of the things I miss most often due to my food allergies is oatmeal. Trying to find substitutes is hard sometimes. I had some leftover pumpkin in the fridge - I had made some gf pumpkin muffins the other day. I think we might have chicken tortea soup. I had it planed for yesterday when I have been looking at the weather on Saturday. But yeaterday it was still nearly 80 at dinner time and not soup weather at all

We had egg roll in a bowl and wonton soup on Friday.
Sauteed onions, potatoes, and cabbage on Saturday. Mozzarella stuffed meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans on Sunday.
