Default Different Types of Yeast

I need to make some pitas, but the only kind of yeast I have is "Pizza Crust Yeast".
Do you think that would work OK for pitas? What is the difference between that and regular yeast?

Default Re: Different Types of Yeast

I've never heard of "pizza crust yeast." I found this though --> http://www.pizzacrustyeast.com/faq.html

Q. May I use Fleischmann’s Pizza Crust Yeast for making breads and rolls, too?

A. No. Because of the dough relaxer found in Pizza Crust Yeast, it is not recommended for making breads or rolls.
Interesting. And weird.
