Chicken Italian-easy and fabulous!
Pour 1.5 cups of rice into your crockpot (whatever kind you like best). Drizzle some italian dressing on top (about 1/4 cup). Add enough water to cover it (I didn't measure it). Put in your thawed chicken (I used thighs and drumsticks). Cover with a little over a cup of good italian dressing or a fancy vinagarette. Add 4 pats of butter over the chicken.
Cook on high for 30 min (to get chicken up to temp) and then slow cook for about 5 hours. SO SO GOOD! And easy!!! |

Ooh, another I'll have to try and wheat free too! With T-ball coming up soon I need to refresh my crockpot cooking skills.
