Finally getting around to making the organic hotdogs, potato salad, and baked beans I was going to make last week.

Re: April Dinners
Reading this thread is making my shopping list longer!
I'm grocery shopping in the last afternoon and plan to come home with rotisserie chicken, and fresh bread to serve with a green salad I can make from things found in my fridge.

Re: April Dinners
We had frozen pizza tonight. Motor City Deep Dish is our new favorite frozen pizza!
Tomorrow is our 3rd annual crawfish boil so I didn't want to cook tonight. We'll be eating boiled crawfish, shrimp, baby potatoes, corn on the cob, and mushrooms. I'll have hot dogs for anyone that doesn't eat seafood. Plus chips and dips and some desserts. Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk

Re: April Dinners
I haven’t cooked dinner in forever. Pretty much since I went back to work full time. Dh took over the cooking and I do the cleaning. But I’ve cooked twice this week. I made enchiladas on Wednesday and meatloaf today. We ate both with steamed vegetables because I didn’t have energy to make sides and we need to eat more vegetables anyway. I really enjoyed both meals. Dh is a good cook but he makes different things than I do. It’s a treat for both of us when I can have the energy to cook.

Re: April Dinners
Meatloaf sounds so good! I never make meatloaf because I never buy ground beef. It's not the same with venison.
