I put a roast and some veggies in the crock pot this morning. It smells yummy!
There's a batch of Norfolk Knobs (rolls) in the oven that should be ready for dinner, but I think I'll mash some cauliflower for me.

After an hour and 20 minutes, my chicken thighs still aren't hot enough Hopefully they finish cooking before I have to leave Roasted sweet potato fries and white potato chunks with steamed broccoli.

We have one day this week in the low 70's (before it hits 90 next week), so I'm trying to soak up the fall weather by making Baked Potato Soup! I love this recipe because it uses cauliflower too, so much healthier and you can't even tell!
