Lunch was more leftover BBQ Supper was leftovers for me, broccoli/cauliflower for the boys and me, scrambled cheese eggs for DH and the boys, green beans for DH. After supper we ate strawberries with crushed pineapple and whipped cream, topped with grated bittersweet chocolate

We're having "That Taco Mix Stuff." We're creative with names around here. Basically, it's grassfed ground beef, browned, with some homemade taco seasoning simmered in, as well as corn and brown rice. We like to mix it all together. Sometimes I throw in some spinach, as well, if I have it on hand, which is probably good, since corn is technically a grain and not a veggie once it's cooked, if I recall correctly.
Aaaand I think ds just woke up from his nap. Toodles! Pardon the typos - this was sent via Tapatalk on my cell phone!
