Here are the "numbers" for UNFI

I get mine through UNFI or frontier usually

I am

Nutiva 1 gallon == #648816
Nutiva 54 oz = 740357
Nutiva 15 oz -- 389874

need so sub! Love CO..I have alot I need to use but haven't...I've got a 15 oz jar of nutiva organic EVCO and the LouAna brand I have a container of here I am not so sure about, although it does say non-hydrogenated and 100% CO?

Has anyone tried the 365 WF brand and if so how does it compare to nutiva and the others?

Can I use CO in lieu of conditioner when going no-poo or doing curly girl? Or will it just regulate my hair over time internally?

Is it good for lip balm?

Does WF carry the raw CO? That is what I want, yes?

Does it help with ADHD type symptoms at all?

I have only used nutiva and haven't tried 365 CO so I can't answer that question and I don't do no-poo although I have considered it. I haven't looked at WF - so you may be wondering why I am answering. . . well, I do KNOW that. . . .

It is GREAT for lip balm but only use a smidgen or you will have a lot of oil all over

a little goes a very long way. AND I haven't noticed any difference in my or my dc's adhd.

i personally don't like tropical traditions, the taste and texture is icky to me.

i'm confused on the "raw" part of it... there seems to be conflicting ideas. the most important i think is that it's virgin and unrefined... the first links says it's impossible to have raw coconut oil unless it's refridgerated. here's the nutiva link: http://nutiva.com/products/10_coconut.php . that link says that the ingredients are 100% raw organic extra-virgin coconut oil.

i have seen nutiva at WF's, but it is WAY cheaper, even with shipping, to get it from vitacost.com. and it ships within 24 hours of ordering, it's fast.

Thanks, ladies. I ended up going to WF and purchased the Nutiva today. The 365 brand was expeller pressed and I didn't know what that meant so I didn't get it. I put the CO in my tea and am drinking as we speak.

I cannot taste it. I tried to eat it outright, but I had an issue with the texture so I thought I would try it in my tea instead and look for other ways to implement it.

There is a lot of great info here! Thank you!

WOW! I just checked the prices at vitacost and they are super cheap! I will definitely order my stuff from there from now on.
