Re: June 2020 dinners
I made gluten free diary free baked ravioli once. It was so so much work! And no one really cared one way or another about it, so I haven't tried again. I also did it once for lasagna, I love lasagna and it is a lot of work before you are making gf, df, sf. I plates it out for dinner and the girls bearly even picked at it.

Re: June 2020 dinners
I'm making dhs father's day meal today: steak on the grill, baked sweet potatoes, broccoli, wedge blue cheese salad. I didn't think of a dessert yet.

Re: June 2020 dinners
Today we had my family over to celebrate Father's Day. We had BBQ Lemon Garlic shrimp, zucchini tomato orzo, a greek salad, fruit salad, bread, and a blueberry lemon cream pie.
Tomorrow it will just be us (and DD1's BF), so DH went and bought steak and I'm going to make some healthy mac and cheese and a spinach salad. I made DH's favorite cookies for dessert.

Re: June 2020 dinners
For Fathers Day, we're having my mom and stepdad over and all my kids will be here including oldest and her dh.
We're having smoked meatloaf - dh is obsessed with smoking everything so I guess he's coming the main dish although I'll put the meatloaf together. Mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, and sopapilla cheesecake for dessert (dh request) Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk

We too are going with the weekend GCM theme. Steak and corn on grill yesterday, shrimp, broccoli and rice tonight. Strawberry and blueberry lemon shortcake for dessert today.

Home pot pies. A chicken and a vegetarian (mushroom and potato).
We ate out for Fathers Day last weekend.

Re: June 2020 dinners
Our power went out this afternoon, so we ended up having cereal and fruit. I had made a S'mores Ice box Cake last night and we had that for dessert. Dh loved it, but Littlest said it had "too much chocolate." I don't know how that's possible! But I had used dark chocolate instead of milk. Next time I'll toast the marshmallow that go in the whipped cream a little longer. Dh wants me to try adding an entire layer of toasted marshmallows in the middle next time.

Pioneer Women's Chicken Spaghetti, leftover wedge salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. Need to think about something much lighter tomorrow.
