Hot dogs. Ok so they are Applegate organic nitrate free grass fed beef hot dogs, but they are still hot dogs. I just planned poorly and it's way too hot to cook. I'm serving them with real saurkraut and fermented ketchup though, that is redeeming right?

I call them deconstructed stuffed peppers lol I put a lb of ground turkey or beef.. Already cooked into the crockpot with 1-2 sliced green peppers, a half a bag of taco seasoning, 1 can diced tomatoes and like 3 cups of tomato juice... Let it cook for like 3-4 hours on low very easy and yummy paired with some mashed potatoes!
