You know, I was drooling over this recipe and bummed that I will have to settle for making it soon, not today, because I have no sweet potatoes... I totally forgot DH froze some that were already partially-cooked with maple syrup. Yay! This will be our lunch today!

It sure took me awhile to find this recipe! I was totally craving it, and I wanted it NOW and couldn't find it. And it's like, the BEST BEST BEST fall breakfast/dessert recipe, ever. Oh man, I wish it was done now and I didn't have to go peel stuff! |
