At his age I would include him in prepping breakfast, lunch & or dinner. Baking cookies and measuring is math.
Play board games & card games. Get out for a walk if you can. I agree a general structure is really helpful. One suggestion: Wake & personal care breakfast devotions exercise (could be 20 jumping jacks or sit ups, dance party, just get some movement) "seat work" or game free play - legos, blocks, drawing lunch prep & eat rest exercise - walk outside if possible screen time prep & eat dinner family time bed
