I bought a sirloin roast a while ago and cut it into strips to stir fry. The last bag is thawing right now. I have some lo mein noodles, which the kids love, and lots of fresh veggies. So we're having some sort of Asian inspired dinner.

We had pizza again last night, since we had leftover ingredients from Friday. I love homemade pizza, don't get me wrong, but I can't have it that often – too heavy. I'm craving ministrone for tonight. I made an AWESOME recipe once, but have since lost it. It was one of those magical recipes that make a person like foods they don't otherwise like, only because they're in the right proportions (I usually hate summer squash and chickpeas, but they were sublime in this particular soup). I wish I wasn't so scatterbrained!!! Will have to google and see if I can find something similar to what I remember and then send DH to the grocery store after work for anything I don't have.

Either that or salmon.

Panfried leftover steamed cabbage with caramelized onions and caraway seeds, mushrooms, and chicken. Leftover red potatoes made into potato salad with eggs and green onions.

Trying to get rid of leftovers.

I used to hate leftovers...then I had children! Ready made dinner!!!

We're having:

Don't be so Grumpy cups (chicken broccoli carrot salad)
GF crackers

Dreamy Peach cobbler

Yes, we checked out a Disney cookbook at the library and trying out a few recipes as per dd's request.

Ended up making spiced quinoa (Google, how I love thee), fish and green beans. Just waiting on the quinoa for another couple minutes. Smells good... can't wait to taste it.

Homemade pizza. I haven't made it in ages, and I'm so glad I bought the pizza pans with the holes in it. That was the best crust results I've ever had, according to the family.
I made one with turkey pepperoni, the other was feta cheese and red pepper.

I had a spinach salad with red pepper and grilled sole.

Dh made us homemade pizza with a cauliflower-cheese crust (grain free). It was delish! We're still working on getting the crust to the right crispiness, but it tastes *really* good!

Chicken taco salad, probably some fresh fruit because Mayah won't eat the actual salad part.
