We have speech & debate club tonight. I should put something in the crock pot. I'm not sure what I'm actually going to do. . We get home around 6.

Last night was tacos (did the lentil one for the girl again. I did white or tan colored lentils this time and they ended up all mushy - I don't know why.)
Tonight is tomato and herb pasta with chicken on the side. I drive the girls carpool but hoping to sneak it in between my vax shift (school canceled for snow) and carpool.

Saturday was walking tacos.
Sunday was IP bbq chicken sandwiches, fries, and green beans Last night was tortellini with turkey meat sauce. No veggies. Oh well. Tonight is cheese enchiladas with instant pot Mexican rice on the side and green salad. We were supposed to have that last Tuesday but didn't.

I made fajita soup over the weekend. Last night was macaroni and cheese with sausage and broccoli. Tonight is roast, potatoes and carrots in the crockpot and I'll make gravy and green beans to go with it.

Yesterday was lentil tacos
Tonight is breakfast for dinner scrambled eggs, pancakes and bacon. Wednesday: pasta fagioli and bread Ash wednesday meal so our only meal (expect youngest) Thursday: take out my oldest wants sonic we will see. Friday: bean tosadas and mexican street corn.

We did the traditional Shrove Tuesday pancake supper with (Mardi Gras) King Cake for dessert. (Totally unhealthy, but Lent starts tomorrow. We'll makeup for it this week.)
