Re: What are you eating in October?
Leftover Thanksgiving dinner.
We had our Thanksgiving dinner last night: turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed mixed veg, sparkling juice, and pumpkin pie with whipped cream.

Re: What are you eating in October?
Happy Thanksgiving!
We had tacos tonight. Kinda my signature go-to when I have little time and need to go to the grocery store.

Re: What are you eating in October?
Last night we had leftover leek and oatmeal soup. It was delicious. It was meh the first time around. Interesting.
I have ground beef and chicken with skin in the fridge. Need to decide what to make. Hubby would like to grill. We just set up the grill a couple of weeks ago. He doesn't cook or grill, but my FIL was here. They grill hot dogs. How fancy. lol

Re: What are you eating in October?
Alligator Pie (aka Spanakopita) and sausages. Kale chips. (I usually use half kale for the Spanakopita filling this time of year. I had extra, hence the chips.)

A friend is sharing a recipe for lentil shepherd's pie. Thinking that for tomorrow. We have appointments and won't be home until 5 though.
