With beans, tomatoes, red peppers, cheese and beans. DH puts applesauce on hs

I added a few drops of liquid smoke and DH was over the moon

Ok -- is there some kind of crazy gcm taco-night hypnosis going on? Are we all having synchronized Mexican menus for some sort of paranormal reason?

We had BLTs w/ homegrown tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers! Delish and so rewarding. =)

I got a killer deal on extra lean ground beef, it was like $4 a pound.... So...... Tacos were on the rotation. Coincidence!

Veg 2: Boiled farmer's Market Carrots
Veg 3: Corn (from frozen)

Dessert: Don't know yet
