ETA: Oh yeah, we're having leftover (yucky) minestrone tonight because Erin asked to have it again. Weird kid. I'm going to message DH and ask him to bring home sourdough bread or something to make it all better.

This is SO my strategy for any recipe I suspect may have gone awry.

Sourdough makes anything better.

tonight it is Moroccan beef stew. It's seems that I'm the queen of casseroles and slow cooker meals.

Last night I made gluten free chicken and gravy. I have perfected the GF roux, which makes me so very happy.

What gf flour do you use to make your roux? Brown rice seems gritty to me.

Marielles Piccadillo will have to wait until the weekend. Last night dd asked for Mexican out--dh obliged his girls! I had yummy fish tacos.

Tonight:
Grilled ribeyes
Crash hot potatoes
Bacon wrapped asparagus on the grill
Angel food cake

We're having company.

Busy day today so I think I'm going to make chicken sesame noodles. I can make it this morning and let it sit in the fridge all day and then pull it out just in time for dinner.

Well, I bailed on dinner last night and stuck a frozen pizza in the oven....

So tonight will be

Asian roasted tenderloin
Rice
Steamed broccoli, with cheese sauce I have left over from Mac n cheese

I used brown rice flour

The Bob's Red Mill Brand. I also have had luck with the white rice flour, and especially the sweet rice flour (which is super expensive here) and my friend has had luck with the potato flour. I found I have to cook it a little longer and use slightly more flour than I would with regular.
