I put a pot roast in the crock pot this morning, and have bone broth in the makes ont eh stove top.

Roast eggplant and garlic in the oven, smash the insides in a bowl with s/p and spread out on flattened bread dough. Sauté spinach in olive oil s/p till wilted, throw in a jar of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, spread over eggplant mix. Sprinkle with mozzarella, provolone, jarlesberg or combo of your preference. Roll dough like a jelly roll and pinch edges, bake 350 for about 30. Usually you throw leftovers and dressing or tomato sauce in garbage bread. You have many option.

Tonight is fried food fest.

Homemade General Tso's Chicken. PW Onion Strings veggie tray, brown rice and finished off with PW apple fritters.

I'm still sick so it was quick and easy and not homemade but not bad...

Salad - ready to eat bagged romaine hearts, store bought rotisserie chicken, Craisins, chunky bleu cheese salad dressing

Frozen microwavable fries - 3/4 of us dipped them in the bleu cheese dressing

I think Gabriel would like it if he tried it since he likes the bleu cheese...

(and Ethan and I had a square of Ghirardelli dark chocolate w/caramel filling)

Well, I take back my post about making fish. We had a big bash at a pizza joint for ds's basketball team (Dh was coach) and no one feels that hungry. So it's going to be a make-your-own snack kind of dinner. Ds is having cereal.

. Dh made some chicken liver pâté last night that I'm anxious to try.

I think grilled cheese for kidlets because they're going to be getting home from church late and I'll want to feed them quickly before bed.

Maybe chicken burgers for me & M.

Have a big green italian salad in the frige with strawberries. Sliced apples and cheese and glass of red wine for me.

In light of the first 60 degree day I decided to make a summery meal.

BBQ chicken sandwiches from the crock pot, corn on the cob (frozen from last summer) potato salad, cole slaw and still to come for dessert Watermelon.
