March Dinners
Goodness, I always forget the beginning of a new month. What are you eating in March?

Re: March Dinners
Ill probably just skip eating in March as I failed to meal plan this week.
Lets see I do have planned: firecracker shrimp with rice and asparagus on the side tonight or possibly tomorrow depending on how tonight goes. That's what I have so far.

Re: March Dinners
We are all sick but had thawed a turkey, so we are eating that for a few days
I did smashed sweet potatoes as a side but they never crisp up for me. Smashed brussels sprouts, too. I just got braces and fresh veggies are still too painful. |

Re: March Dinners
One of my kids has a track meets tonight, Wednesday night, Thursday night and Saturday.
Tonight is my son. I have strength class until 4:10 and then yoga 4:30 to 5:30. the meet starts at 5:30 BUT his first event is the 400 so have plenty of time to finish yoga and then go to the meet. But then no dinner. OR I can skip yoga, cook dinner, prep salads for tomorrows lunch. Normally, Id skip dinner (aka do a make your own easy) BUT lather and repeat for the rest of the week. And my daughter competes early so can't do the skip a work out . . . IDK. . . yoga is my favorite class . . .but lack of cooking and prepping leads to less healthy eating. I didn't even answer the question. Falafel rice bowls is up next. I just realized if I skipped yoga I could take care of TWO meals because I could cook 1 and chopped all the ingredients for the crock pot butternut squash soup and dh could start it for me tomorrow.

Re: March Dinners
I menu planned and grocery shopped yesterday, but forgot what day it was! So therefore, I planned and shopped for one less day than I need! (In my defense, I just returned from a ten day trip where knowing the day of the week didn't really matter ). I'm hoping I can rustle something up from the freezer/pantry. Stay tuned.

Re: March Dinners
Decided to make a salad plate - chicken salad, pimento cheese, cucumbers and radishes, fruit, and crackers. Might include hummus, we'll see.

Re: March Dinners
I think tonight will be enchiladas. Ds2 has Shakespeare dress rehearsal from 3-6 and dh & ds1 have men’s group at 6:30. Not sure how that’s all going to play out.
