What do you think of this vitamin for 15.5 yr old?

It says for 18 and up. He's 15.5 yrs and 6'2" and 130# or so.

He's a poor eater (almost no veg. or fruits).

ETA: he might not be able to take this while he's on Accutane. Will ask his dermatologist.

I personally try to use food based rather than synthetic vitamins and something that has folate rather than folic acid http://www.drdavidwilliams.com/why-y...ased-vitamins/ One brand is called megafoods and there are others
