Egg-less salad

not sure where I found this, maybe veg web? Anyway, we just took some chickpeas and mashed them up with mayo, mustard, salt, peper, onions and celery. It could double as egg salad, deviled eggs or tuna. LOL. DS loves it!

I was a bit nervous on this one, but I'm impressed.

One of Dh's favorites is Pea & Carrot Salad. He buys the Pea & Carrot blend in a can & mixes it up with Mayo, Salt & Pepper and serves it with a little onion

I'm so glad you shared this. I saw egg salad on the food network the other day and really, really wanted some. The only problem is I'm allergic to eggs. I love chickpeas though so I look forward to trying this.

We like this with Veganaise instead of mayo and a touch of dill weed also.

I make this with mayo, mustard, and some dill relish. It's good stuff.
