egg "muffins"
thats what my dc call them.. there is no bread in this at all
i just scarambel about 6 eggs add salt pepper sometimes a little coconut oil, and sometimes a little coconut flour.. just a sprincle.. but most the time i do w/ o the flour.. than i add half a bag of frozen peas and carrots usally i add a cup of cooked chopped meat ( either beef or turkey) but not always and than i just pour the mixture into 12 muffin holders mine are silicone.. and bake at 350 the kids eat them cold in the am and are delicios.. cooking them now so i thought id share.

Ooooh, thanks! Those sound great! I'm going to make those soon. We're grain-free (DH and I are) and that sounds perfect for us!
