Stress balls
So, joshua is our volatile one. He meltsdown if he doesn't get his own way, he kicks, punches people, throws things at the wall and screams things like "I hate mom" "I hate this stupid family" etc. It's exhausting. I've been wondering about getting stress balls for him to squeeze when he's getting angry. I know it'll take a lot for me to teach him to go straight for those when the big feelings come out, but what do you think?
