Re: July 2020 Dinners
I’m trying another new recipe tonight - turkey burgers with harissa seasoning, probably with root vegetable fries and green vegetables.

Re: July 2020 Dinners
We had salmon burgers, sauteed green beans with garlic, and mashed potatoes.
Secunda wanted dessert, so she's toasting marshmallows on the gas stove and making s'mores.

What root vegetables did you use for your fries? Would you recommend?

Re: July 2020 Dinners
Ok, I am back at a planned menu daily!
Tonight is Burgers on Onion buns - either meat or veggie depending on your personal preference (meat for dh and ds and veggie for me and dd). With asparagus and corn.

Re: July 2020 Dinners
I think we'll have Korean beef with rice tonight. I am fasting so I need something quick and easy and maybe that a kid could make so I don't have to smell it!
