Draw3D I asked about this earlier but got no responses... Trying again because were feeling very frsutrated right now. I bought Cecilia a 1 year subscription that went through fine.. However the site wont allow her to log on.
At the top it has her profile and such but if you try to open any lesson it says she needs to become a member again. IF I to "become the member using the coupon code I was given before it says that coupon has times out...
If I go to the home page and try to log her in directly there where it asks if I want to continue where we left off it just wont allow me. Not that it says the name is invalid it just will not load at all.

I've emailed them several times and have heard back nothing. (though to be fair it was all towards the end of the week and not sure if they have people over the weekends)..
Cecilia really likes these she has gone through the free ones and really really wants to do more and she is pretty good at them. It honestly is not often she really LIKES something to the point she requests it. Plus while I got a decent discount I still paid $40 for this course. Thats nothing small...
Has anyone had experience with this or use the program? Any idea if their is a number I can call I just see Emails on the website..
FWIW we have a Mac OS 10 version 10.8.5 another Mac OS 10 that is a about 5 years older than this one and a notebook Toshiba 2009? I think same results on all.

Have you tried another browser? I haven't tried this program, but I know there was one program I had which could work on Chrome but would not log in properly nor load properly on IE. It was a similar issue where you had to log in online, and it would show us as logged on, but then ask us to log in again every time we tried to leave the main screen to work on individual items, and certain parts just would not load at all.

Just installed Chrome to test it same thing nothing....

I haven't used the program so I'm not sure if this is the same thing. If it is the same program, have you tried to call the hotline number on this webpage?

It is fixed. Apparently l was not alone so they were aware of the issue. The also extended my subscription so it starts from today instead on July.
