Wordpress Audio Plug-ins?

Hi, all.

Dh has started a new radio program (first show airs Sunday, October 2nd) and I'd like to create a Wordpress site for the ministry... However, I don't have the time/want to deal with a whole lot of "jumping through hoops" to get the recordings on the site. There are some premium themes that include "built-in" sermon uploaders, but I really don't want to pay for one of those (if I can avoid it). Does anyone know of a decent plug-in that would do the same thing?
