WIC tortilla pizza
Tomatoes pured or tomato paste
Mozzerela cheese whole wheat tortillas veggie/fruit toppings *Italian seasoning (this is not a wic product) grate cheese mix tomato paste/pure with italian seasoning to make a sauce Preheat oven to 425 F pierce tortillas in a few places and put on baking sheet Bake about 2 minutes (until crisp) and remove from oven Spread sauce on each torilla add cheese and then selected toppings (not to many as pizza is thin) Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted cut in quarters and serve ETA: this is one tortilla per person

It sounds very yummy but not very filling.
Maybe if I put spinach and mushrooms in the sauce to make it heavier? Ive got a super tight grocery budget but I think well try this! |
