Favorite cookware?

I need new cookware as in handles are falling off NEED! I'm looking for stainless. We love our cast iron for most things but,I need pots and maybe 1 pan.cookie sheet or 2 maybe.

I use cast iron for pans and then I have an old aluminum Duluth oven and a stainless steel sauce pot. For baking I use stoneware.

For baking sheets I love the...oh man, what are they called...those air cushion type ones.

I googled

....the term is insulated and there are several brands. My grandma was a test baker at Rema Bakeware that made those type of pans several decades ago. So I got many of them for our wedding and they are still going strong. Besides insulated cookie sheets, I have insulated cake pans and 9x13 baking pans and jelly roll pans of different sizes and pizza pans, all almost 22 years old.

I love my insulated cookie sheets, too.

For pots and pans, I have Revere and have always been pleased with it. It's stainless, and after 11 years is still in great shape.
