Midday Connection Michelle Larowe

Today on Midday Connection Michelle Larowe was on, she had a book about parenting and was saying how well she liked crying it out. I am writing to them. I didn't write when I was going to about John and Kendra Smiley talking about spanking because I put it off and I am going to do it this time.

Here it is:
To Whom it May Concern:

I would like Midday to stay away from parenting topics. The last two parenting shows I have listened to didn't advocate showing Christ or our heavenly father's love to our children.

Today Michelle Larowe endorsed "crying it out". I just can't picture Jesus doing that. I have been looking at my child as a "least of these" Matthew 25:45. I may not know the reason he is crying, but that doesn't mean there isn't one. Or even applying treating others as you would like to be treated. I know if I am crying I don't want to be left alone until I give up, I like my husband or a friend to put their arms around me, hold me, support me through what I am going through. I would suggest checking out http://www.aolff.org/ and http://www.gentlechristianmothers.com.

I guess I will just no longer turn on Moody on Tuesdays until after Midday Connection is over. It looks like that is when the parenting programs are on.

Sounds good! Wow, I guess I missed that show because I listen to Midday Connection and other Moody programming too! That's too bad they advised that
