Boil and debone chicken.
Spread uncooked rice on bottom of (covered) casserole dish. Follow with layer of sliced potato, spread bits of butter on ingredients in pan, and add layers of veggies and chicken. Use remaining butter and continue layers ingredients. In mixing bowl, combine soup and water/milk. Mix well and pour over ingredients in casserole. Bake 30 min at 350 in a covered casserole dish until potato and chicken are tender.
