Black Bean Pasta

Just brought gf pasta made entirely from black beans and am at a loss as to how to prepare it. I mean, it's basically black beans in the shape of pasta, right?

What kind of sauce would you top it with? Side dishes?

I saw a recipe for butternut squash sauce the other day on Pinterest. I bet that would be perfect!

I'm curious how it tastes. My first thought is a Mexican pasta salad with red pepper, corn, green onion and maybe a creamy dressing.

Sounds amazing! I bet it would be good in a soup with corn, bell peppers, and some spicier peppers. Creamy or brothy soup.
