Re: Namaste Gf flour from Costco.
Namaste has some recipes on their site. I love their bread recipe using this flour. I agree with pancakes, though, I use Pamelas for those.

I couldn't find it at my Costco today.

Re: Namaste Gf flour from Costco.
Costco is super finicky. I found the best almond flour there when we first moved and have never seen it since

Re: Namaste Gf flour from Costco.
It can also be regional. I've noticed here in the NW we tend to get more organic/natural products than warehouses in other parts of the US. We also get more "test" items since the Costco I shop at is right across from their headquarters! For at least the past year or two ours has always had the Namaste flour (used to be regular, but now they carry the organic version), coconut oil, almond flour, avocado oil, etc.

Re: Namaste Gf flour from Costco.
I've even noticed a difference between the warehouses near me. We have at least 2 within 20 minutes and the stock does vary.

Re: Namaste Gf flour from Costco.
I used this pizza crust recipe tonight. Omitted the Xanthan gum and subbed in my Namaste for the flour blend. Was REALLY yummy and turned out great. http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.co...eer-bliss.html

Re: Namaste Gf flour from Costco.
Thank you!
I wonder if that dough would make a nice pocket pie.
