Salmon. Not sure what I'm doing with it. The kids don't like it, but dh & I do. don't really want to make 2 meals, either.

My kids LOVE salmon BUT when I make a meal that I know they're not big fans of I just go a little heavier on the sides. So even the ones who won't eat much of the main part can fill up on the other dishes.
