iPod Nano is a no go! Help!

I was adding some stuff to my dd's iPod Nano and it was disconnected while it was syncing. Now it won't show up in itunes and is locked up.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Oh Techi Moms, my dd needs your help! My dh's only suggestion was to let the battery drain.

It needs to be reset. Google "reset ipod nano" for more info.

Flick the lock button on the top once, then hold down the middle & the menu button at the same time for about 10-15 seconds. Once it comes back on, plug it into the charger for at least 1/2 an hour.

She shouldn't loose any music from itunes, but may loose whatever has been added to her nano since she last synced.

Thanks, that is the only thing I had found on the internet, too. It won't reset, however. I guess I will just let it die and then try again.

I hope it works. DD really loves to listen to Father Knows Best when she is going to sleep.
