Default Any ideas for harvest food?

We're having a work potluck and I'm just about what I could bring. Needs to be something of the season, harvest related....Thinking of a "three sisters soup" with beans, corn and acorn squash.

Any other ideas?

Yum sounds good....

I make butternut squash and/or pumpkin soup for Thanksgiving. You can make some roasted squash and root vegetables.

Pumpkin enchiladas from Everyday Foods website. They call for chicken in the filling but you can use black beans, potatoes, or spinach.
