Melt 2 cups of chocolate chips (and a 1/3 cup of kahlua if you have it) and put it in a blender with the whole block of tofu. Blend completely then pour into a graham cracker crust. So good! I usually use firm but soft will work too.

I have used silken tofu in miso soup. You can really make any kind of base, I make mine pretty plain, and at the end add some miso paste, frozen corn, and cubed tofu.

I do the same thing, but add a quarter cup of honey or maple syrup. Yum, yum!

Maybe it's because we're in Asia, but we like ours plain -

steam block of silken tofu until hot. put on plate, slather on soy sauce, chopped spring onions and deep-fried shallots. Mmmmm.

I made the chocolate pie mmm. I tasted a bit of it and it was yummy indeed. However next time I might also add some agave or maple syrup to help sweeten it up a bit more. But I don't think we'll have any problem eating it as is.

Thank you for the suggestions!

Ok so I tried this this morning, and nevermind about adding some sweetener next time! All it needed to do was sit overnight so the flavors could meld together. It was PERFECT and I wouldn't want to add a thing to it.
