I don't sweeten any of my beverages. It's completely optional. Stevia makes me feel funny.
I just do tea/coffee and raw cream because dairy isn't an issue for me. But whatever dairy-free milk you use is fine, I believe coconut milk is recommended, though. The kind from the can, not the kind from the carton which is different, IIRC. or you can just do tea/coffee and coconut oil. |

If you have an Ikea near you, it carries a hand-held milk frother for under $3. You can whizz it up and get a foamy coffeshop-style drink. (A pinch of sunflower lecithin helps to emulsify the fat and hold the foam.) Maca powder, coconut oil, and vanilla in oolong tea is a nice afternoon pick-me-up.
